To make the kitten go potty, you have to stimulate the rear end, like a mother cat would do. With either a clean finger, or a soft wet cloth, stroke the kitten underneath the tail from the bottom up. A few strokes should get it to defecate. Hope this helps!

I agree with answer #2. Mother cats lick the kittens butts so they defecate AND urinate. A wet cloth is good for replicating that effect.

We had a cat who did that, and it turned out the she had an infection. It's a good idea to have her checked out by a vet.
