answered 5/9/2010 The Cat's Eyes Move From Side To Side, He Loses His Balance And Falls Over-sometimes His Head Also Wobbles? Wobble eye... Not sure the technical term, but it's a genetic defect in some purebred cats!! My neighbours Siamese has it. Weird as heck to watch!!
