Snorlax is east of vermilion city in soulsilver but how do you catch it or make it move out of the way any help here?

But your legendarys have to be over lv 75 and so as your other pokemon

After you get all the other legendarys in hgss lugia, ho-oh,mew,mewtwo etc you go to ilex forest and talk to the shrine and theres your celebi waiting for you at lv 50.hope this helps!
