answered question 4/3/2010 Pain In Center Of Knee When Kneeling, Like A Needle Pushed Into Knee. Also Tenderness In Center, Very Painful When Bumped. Is This A Meniscus Tear? For the past several weeks now I have been experiencing the same thing - the right side of my knee is in slight pain as if someone is sticking a needle into it. The pain comes & goes. Any thoughts on what is causing this?
