I know what they are. They are assorted species of toads, mostly natives. Check which toads live around that area, those will be the most probable specimen of the tadpoles. Those black tadpoles are commonly found and have a short time of tadpole until toad and usually last longer that not-native bullfrog tadpoles(spotted yellow)
