I don't think so because they are human like everyother persons and they are bound to make mistakes......when their personal life mistakes and misdemeanours are made public,that means they have no life and it is terrible.

I don't think so they shouldnt be given new identities because if they are,they might use the opportunity to commit more crimes for those that aint repentant. But the old name,people will still now them and they will also becareful not to commit more crimes.
