You might try "sewingpartsonline.com."  They advertise an Elna pulley part #722077 that should fit my own Elna Supermatic 72 Series machine, which is the beige (OLD!) series. Perhaps it is appropriate for your machine as well.  Now, how to get the old one off is the question.  Any ideas?
