Fizz is the Co2 molecules that when in anything carbonated the Co2 molecules will start to bubble over, so inside Mentos are little Co2 molecules that when in carbonated Diet Coke it starts to bubble over and so the more Mentos you put in Diet Coke it fizzes over more!
