I was looking for the answer to the same question!!! I was skimming through answers for different kinds of phones because I couldn't find it for the messager II & figured it out! PRESS & HOLD the # button! It will say "exit silent mode" !!! YAY! I can hear my frkn phone ring again!!! =D
