Yes. In 1992, Nebraska order five men to pay child support on the same child. The mother prevented a Paternity Test being done due to it being a violation of her privacy. In those days, three samples were required.
According to Judge David Grey Ross, Commissioner of the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement, child support cannot accrue arrears while in prison.
As a Father's Rights Counselor & Educator for 20 years, I use my real name to show that I stand behind my knowledge on father's issues. I invite anyone to web search my name.
I developed an education manual in 1991 for the National Congress For Fathers & Children. I didn't write it, I merely did the research, found the best info sources, and brought them together. I'm not college educated. I was just an old truck driver, severely injured in a wreck, with time on my hands.
I did my research the hard way, not like today where you type in search words on the Internet. I scrounged legal libraries, city libraries, and the Law library at the University of Missouri Law School. I used a lot of dimes in copying machines and carried a lot of copies home.
I taught myself how to use a computer, typing the material in using WordPerfect 4.0. No spell or grammar check, or formatting. When I received the Worker's Comp. settlement from the trucking company, I used some of it to hire a newly graduated family law student to refine it.
It caused the group to grow by over 5000% in four years, with donations of $5000 in 1991 to $460,000 in 1996. At that point NCFC became a target of attorneys wishing to make money from it. Six months later the group was gone.
I'm no longer a member of any national fathers group. I am a member of the Children's Rights Council, which is why I promote Bird Nest Custody. This way no one tries again to take advantage of the material I created. I make it available free at Yahoo Groups under Dads House.
It is my hope to one day build Dads House, a Shelter and Educational Center for Fathers and Children. I hope to pay for it from the earnings of one my inventions, hopefully from Cabaraoke, which is now a corporation. Cabaraoke is an advanced, self supporting, security system for taxi cab drivers. A device they will also receive free, if I have anything to say about it. But, I do have partners in the venture.
