I always was told a month.It never hurts to wait and use condoms,cause trust me it sucks using condoms but it sucks even worse if you get pregnant and can't have the baby and having to go through an abortion,or haveing the baby knowing you are not financially stable enough to take care of it.

Put peroxide on it.Make sure its at least a stainless steal stud,and you should be fine.
