Watch the dog to see if it continues. It may have ingested something that is staying in the stomach. If its eating and drinking it should be ok, but if it lasts much longer I would take it to the vet.
You can try washing it with a boric acid solution, it wont hurt her. Also if you have any eye ointment for people that will work also.
Try to trim it as best you can to eliminate extra nail, and then you can tape it or even super glue it, it wont take long for it to heal. Try adding biotin to the diet.
