answered question 1/23/2010 I Need Surgery But Have No Money Or Insurance Can I Get Some Help? I need back and neck surgery due to 3 herniated disc. I have no insurance and I am single. I have no job because I can't stand the pain. I live in Ga. So if anyone can give me advise I would appreciate it.
