I was found guilty of a misdemeanor. Given 3 yrs probation. It is my first offense. I am 48 yrs old, served in the army for 20 yrs, will graduate with a B.S.  In May,2010 and will receive a masters in business or leadership. What are my chances of having the charge sealed or expunge?
