If you are both comfortable having intercourse while she is menstruating and she doesn't have discomfort then there's no reason why you can't.I had sex once when I was menstruating but I didn't feel comfortable but there's a lot of women who don't mind it.I don't think it's wrong if the female doesn't mind.
