On some vehicle you need a scanner to bleed the ABS Module.
If shifter cable not moving then you may have to replace.

On GM you remove a plug on top of the transmission and, at other end - on the passenger's side - remove a small bolt.
Transmission fluid is full when fluid runs out of small hole on the passenger's side.

It could be your security system not letting vehicle start.Phone your local dodge dealership and ask them for the code to disable the system.
This has to be done with a scanner.If the problem was fixed OK but if you didn,t fix problem light will come back on.
Best to buy a manual to set the chain in the right spot.Some auto parts stores may print off this for you .
