Can The Regular Use Of Valerian Root Give Someone A "False Positive" On A Urine Drug Screen?
Valerian is a benzodiazepine receptor inhibitor, i.e. It is basically, biochemically, a benzodiazepine, like Valium, xanax etc. It has exactly the same, a bit subtler, effects, side-effects and withdrawal effects as benzodiazepines, and shows up as such on most tests.
