answered 10/21/2009 What Is Wrong With My Dog? Pupils Dilated, Raspy Breathing, Can't Walk On Hind Legs, Allergies Take Dog to Vet asap! I had the same problem with my dog and she needed surgery asap! I strongly suggest a Vet!
