Yes there is they sell it at walmart near the contact lens drops I am not sure what it is called but the box is pink and it say for pink eye. Hope you find what you are looking for

Well when I get them I always get a tea bag of any kind get it warm with water and hold it on there until you can't. That has always gotten rid of mine. Hope it helps
