Yes people know they are gay from all different ages some grow up always knowing they are gay while others only realise there gay until they are much older or are trying to hide it from themselves don't pretend to be something your not.

I don't know anyone who does I would say no but somewhere out there some teens might for different reasons most commonly it might be if the teen has retardnes and only have the mental of a 2 year old.
