It could be intestinal worms, or possibly something to do with worms. Make sure you take your dog to the vet if you already haven't, it is very important to ensure that your dog is wormed every 3 months.

I've never heard of a brown nose pitbull, I have only heard of blue nose and red nose ( which is actually a black nose or red nose pitbull).
