I have  a gray african parrot  which  is mother  cut  both  of  his  knees and his  legs  are  helled  but  I  would  like to know  if  I could buy  something  or  do  ?  I wish my bird  to live a normal life  can you  help me  thanks  I need advise  thanks  vir virginia
