answered question 3/12/2007 I Read Somewhere That Babies Are Born Without Knee Caps. Is This True? The Article Said That They Dont Get Formed Until The Baby Is About Six To 1 Year Old. They have them but they aren't hard yet until they get to be 1 or so.
