This is just normal. It's really the consistency of the semen and after a minute you'll notice it becomes watery and liquid. If not, you will probably need a doctor.

In general, it is white or yellowish and sticky fluid. At first it is sticky and lumpy then after awhile it becomes more liquid and watery.
