Orange juice does do the trick. Any form of Vitamin C will prolong your high.
Never think about not coming down from a roll, that WILL kill it

They last for about a week. But I would recommend not doing unless you have a base tan. You WILL have an orange glow. I would also recommend to not take a shower till the next day, if you take a shower right after you will wash it off and it will leave streaks.
