You can get UI benefits...but the state might track you down to pay up what you owe the state first to get UI benefits...its a catch 22 for you.

Give it a few weeks..most times I read here it 2-3 weeks.be happy you won the appeal.
If you were receiving unemployment benefits for 6 months you should be able to receive a total of 79 weeks in CA as of now. Six months is only about 30-33 weeks.
26- weeks regular from state
33- weeks of EUC from feds
20- weeks of Fed-Ed from feds
If you going to school part time they will or in a state training program.
If going to school full time don't think so.

Your UI office will judge it on whatever you earned as income if you lost your past employment at no fault of your own. Disability payments of course is not included its not earned income.
Not 100% sure about Georgia, but most states today will let you receive UI benefits if a part time worker. The stimulus bill of Feb 17, 2009 (ARRA) had this as a rule to help those in need. Check your UI web site to be sure.

As of now the max is 79 weeks in Ohio if eligible for them all.
For 2009 the Max. WBA in California is $450 per week...the Min. Is $40 per week.
Depends on what state you live in..EB program benefits is just starting up in most states another 13-20 weeks but your state has to be qualified for this.
If you just getting EUC extensions should take no more then two weeks..if its the EB extended benefits right now a slight delay (should be soon though for EB).
Two choices online or by phone..go to you states UI web site to claim weekly/or get phone numbers there on the web site to call.
