Cassie Wacome answered question 6/3/2009 Do Grandparents Have The Right To Cut Their Grandchildren's Hair Without Consulting The Parents Of The Child First? I don't think so. If they cut it badly the parents will have to pay for a new hair cut so their kids don't look like dorks. :)
