Look up a product on line called hairseptic it is the best

Use over counter perm and comb the solution through foe fifteen or twenty minutes rinse comb out straight then add neutralizer then wait five minutes then rinse ive done it many time

They make hair dye for that purpose now

One quater to a half an inch a month

You will have to wait until it grows out or get a color erase done at a salon but warning not good on hair and it will look ronald mcdonald red until you put your new dye on it

Not long swish your mouth with water with salt in it   it will heal faster

Baby could have jaundice when born but don't be alarmed
