My Dog's Heart Is Racing And Breathing Heavy, Her Appetite Has Almost Doubled. She Was Having Trouble Getting Up And Down And Walking But She Is Better. I Think She Still Might Be In Pain. The Vet Had Her On Prednisone But She Is Off Now, What To Do?
Prednisone will cause increase in appetite and weight gain, which can cause heavy breathing, much like a human. Why was your dog on prednisone??? Was it for a back pain? That could be why the dog is having difficulty getting up. Go back to the vet there are many dif meds they can try. My … Read more
