It's caused by too much intercourse, male semen mixed up with vaginal fluids and sweat.

They are vomiting a lot, being thirsty a lot, going to the restroom more than usual, dizziness, weight loss, headaches, sleepyness, lost of sex drive(impotense), and so on. At least thats what my husband had.
