Not really mine hurt because my brother did it with a safety pin and shoved a 14 gage tongue ring through it but if you get it done right it wont hurt to bad depending on you pain tolerance

Well when I got my cartilage pierced I tore it when I was changing my shirt and it has a bump now so you probably tore it a bit

It differs from state to state but to what I know 21 and over and has to be a family member
