answered 2/10/2009 If I Am Receiving Social Security Disability, Can I Also Receive Medicaid.? I'm told you can, but you're not eligible to apply for Medicaid until 29 months after your initial request for SSD. Not positive that this is correct though - I'm asking the same question.
