There is an article in Woman's World mag. Pp. 18-19, Feb. 2, issue about the star, Genie Francis who lost weight ,and the diet was modified, claiming to be as inexpensive as $38.00 a week.  It says it is simple, and it looks like it.  I am seriously thinking about trying it myself.
