Up to 1967 canadian coins were 80% silver I believe, then some were 50% silver in 1968 after that they were all nickel, (until recently when the RCM began making them out of steel)
Kitco.com has up to the minute spot prices of precious metals (including silver) have to figure out how many troy oz in a pound, then multiply by the spot price, deduct 5%-8% or so and thats ROUGHLY what you could sell it for
