I saw a recent show on this this summer. I used to be into all these conspiracy theories, but after seeing the new evidence, I'm convinced it was a lone gunmen. Now, it may still not have been oswald, but it was only one person. The original investigation had the people in the car seated … Read more
France's government, I think it was called the vichy's, collaberated with the nazi's through most of the war. Though most of the french people were against this and were quite heroic in their acts in the french underground movement. France, to this day, still has a reputation as cowards just because of their government at … Read more
You should never sit for hours to study anyway. From what I've read and heard, most effective study comes when breaks are taken every hour or two. Get up, take a 10 or 15 minute break for a stretch, a drink and/or snack, and a smoke if you do that. Then hit them books again … Read more
To help nations come to diplomatic rather than violent resolution to disagreements and to come together to help other nations in times of trouble. At least that was the idea at the beginning. Things don't seem to be working out that way these days unfortunately. If the people of all the countries demanded of their … Read more

I suppose it depends on how deeply he's into it. If it's just a few pics or movies I see no problem. If he's watching live video/cams, video chat, et cetera, I'd consider that emotional cheating. Personally it's the emotional cheating that's worse than the physical in my opinion.
The majority used the last names of the slave owners, others used names of famous people they admired. Later emigrees already had names that were theirs. There were a very few slaves that were able to keep the memory of their heritage and ancestors and used those memories and names once freed. Sadly so much … Read more

Do You Think Corporal Punishment Of Adults Should Be More Expected As An Alternative In The Country?
After about ten or 15 years old corporal punishment does little to deter any one from doing any thing. I remember in junior high when I lived on the gulf coast we had the choice of getting paddled or getting detention. I always chose the paddle, detention was a far worse punishment in my opinion. … Read more
It's a terrible terrible drug. Very addictive. I've only tried it once and very thankfully didn't like it. It was very popular in the 60's and 70's but died out for a while. It seems to be the "in" thing again and is wreaking havoc all over here in the states. It's very easy to … Read more

Yes, everyone should be involved in some form. Having an informed electorate is the best way for a democracy to work. The less involved the people are the more corrupt the system becomes. Last presidential election was under 40% of registered voters voting. There's usually far less voting on local elections. And then people wonder … Read more
Most definitely not. His ties to ayers are tenuous at best. They both worked on an education issue together along with other democrats and republicans. If obama is a terrorist because of that then so are all the others that worked that project with obama and ayers. This rumor is just a desperate attempt by … Read more
When the shifts become either firmer or softer from normal. Loose shifts could also be a sign of a clogged tranny filter, loose or worn bands or a worn clutch pack. Firmer shifts than normal are usually just caused by the modulator. I really don't like the modulator system, I like the old chrysler trannys … Read more
The best managers are those in tune to their subordinates feelings. A happy employee is a far more productive employee. That's not to say managers should kiss their underlings feet, but they should do what they can to make the work environment as pleasant for employees as they can within reason. Happy employees aren't just … Read more
I'm a veteran and it's my personal opinion that vets need no more honor or respect than any one else. I feel that respect and honor should be shown to everyone until such time as they prove they're not worthy of honor or respect ;)
I can't speak for all vets and what they've done but … Read more
It took me a long time to figure that one out. Sometimes I still think I don't quite know what it is. My personal theory on it is that a person can never really know what love is till they learn to love themselves. At times it's a struggle deciding whether or not I love … Read more
