answered question 9/1/2008 Will Bleach Kill Lice? Bleach would ruin hair.Use an anti lice shampoo from the over the counter medicines. also you can use dettol it kills the lice and nits for sure but will make the hair dry and frizzy for days. Apply good hair oil to soften them after that.
