This is a fascination thread - could someone start it up as a debate?  I agree with most of whats been said, but I have to leave for Summer school so can't tarry here.  Thanks to all, wonderful input.

My favourite is seafood chowder, especially in Ireland, preferably over on the westcoast, Galway, area.  Chowder and a sunset, wow. Just need the cost of getting there!  Still I can dream.
