answered 5/21/2008 My Dog Is Puking Worms And Will Not Eat, What Type Of Worm Does He Have? The dog has diarrhea and has got sick a few times. Only once did he get sick with one worm in it. The worm was about 5 inches long and curled into ball the size of a quarter.
