answered question 5/2/2008 Dog Has Flat Red Rings With Normal Skin In The Middle, 3 On His Belly 1 Is Brite Red, Not Raised Or Scabbed. Vet Gone Until Mon. You Know Why? Sounds like ring worm to me. When my dog had it the vet told us to put iodine liquid onto the ringed patches & it worked took about 2 weeks
