NO! You should keep a close watch on them for a while give them space but let them go alot more on their own at age 14 and up because young kids can do some stupid stuff
I wear makeup and I'm rather young,ive seen girls at my school look like clowns with all the crap they put on their face. Keep it light as I do so yea have fun with it like I do
