Please don't go looking for a Teacup kitten, they are not a 'real' breed and often have health problems.
If you are after a small cat try a Singapura.
You will probably pay at least $2,000 for a pet. You should go to a cat show - run by TICA as CFA doesn't allow cats with wild blood - and meet some breeders.
Also, please do a lot of research about the breed, they are not for everyone.
