There was no traces of Horses in Indus valley civilization. However bull was main subject animal of Indus valley culture.

It is brahmi which is oldest language  of dravidian civilization as well as Indus valley civilization. Ofcourse Tamil evolved from Brahmi. Right answer is not Tamil ( however it is close) , but it is Brahmi which was practiced atleast from last 8000 years.
