okay so I have been looking online but I can’t find anything, I’m wondering if it counts at rape/sexual assault if it was performed by on a female by another female, both underage?
It was nonconcentual, but the victim was frozen in fear and shock after her no was denied. So does it matter that she didn’t fight it during, only before ?
