Agree with the Goat's answer. Tell her what you think if you really cherish this relationship. Make her promise that she won't do this any more.

Perhaps she doesn't realise that what she does is mean. Tell her that some things she does or says is mean and that you want her to stop doing them. If she doesn't stop then she isn't your friend.
