My teacher showed us a photo of a boy and his family. The first line of the story has to be "if there was an answer, he'd find it there." I can't think of an answer he would need. What could they want to find out?

You could go anywhere with that....maybe he wants to find out where his father keeps disappearing to on Wednesday nights, so he follows him to a meeting in the basement of a downtown building, where he spies on him and sees him participate in a ritual killing...

Would you rather be a professional athlete, movie star, famous/popular musician, or critically acclaimed published author?

I have no desire for fame, so although I am a lifelong guitar player, I would choose author. I have had a few things published, years ago, but nothing of any consequence. I would love to have my writing become inspiring and popular.
