I did once when I was younger. It was more of a cathartic thing. I got what I needed to out of my head and on to paper. I never found the need to send it after that.
I think everyone should do that at least once in their life.....

I actually kept to my new years resolution this year. I wanted to be healthier and more fit and surprisingly I didn't give up in a few days.
