I'm flying for the first time on a CRJ200 and I read that smaller planes are very bumpy & the pilots on smaller aircraft have less flight experience. I'm very scared to fly so if anyone can tell me there experience with a CRJ would be great?

That's a very stable and smooth aircraft. Nothing to be afraid of in the least. The pilots all have to be checked out and certified through the F.A.A. And are just as good if not better than any airline pilot and probably have just as many flight hours. You'll be fine.
