Is it true you have to not work for 14 months to apply for disability (Medicaid) in Florida?

Most able body people aren't eligible for Medicaid period.

If you are disable and on SSI you can apply for Medicaid. But to receive SSI you had to be out of work 12 consecutive months.

You should contact the SS office and the State Dept and inquire for the information you need .

quit job in April any Government Assistance I can get. worked at the same factory for over 30 years it was killing me. have Neuropathy in my feet. can't drive. standing 10 hrs a day, I can't prove the work was killing me? I'm in Florida no pension I'm 46 

Did you not have any kind of pension plan? 30 years a long time to just throw away. Could you not get a doctor to verify you have bad feet and the standing was causing you problems? Not knowing where you live the assistance is hard to answer.

when I fill out application for healthcare.gov why do they want to know income for every one in in my household. I live with parents they won't give me that information? there are not going to help me with medical bills. they are old & paranoid.

Check the definition for "household income" ... It doesn't necessarily include everyone that lives in the same house.
