So I have a pair of headphones (been using them for 5-6 months) they are already going out in the right ear and how do i make it so they last a little longer? It's quite annoying and I don't have pliers, electrical tape or extra wire to fix them with, what other advice is there so i can make them last even though they are already going out?

So i'm going to be getting a job, I need help with one thing, am I allowed to use my preferred name on a job application or legal name (also how do I make it so the managers or the people working there call me and know me by my preferred name?)

It's a legal requirement you put your legal name on your paperwork. However, I have seen it done this way:

James Alan ("goes by" Keith) Smith

You have to put the words "goes by" in quotes. You have to write it exactly like I have it with the parenthesis too.

Favorite type of weather?

I personally enjoy winter for it's calming scenery. The shorter days make up for the colder longer nights, just seems more welcoming to me.
