Depends on who I am feeding. I will either grill chicken or pork and veggies. Or I will use the slow cooker for country ribs.

My crock pot chicken, rice, vegetables, Strawberry pie
Pasta, homemade bread, salad, corn on the cobb, Turtle poke cake.
Beef stew in the crock pot
I'd make lasagna with homemade bread on the side .. Spread with roasted garlic butter .. And a big salad. We'd have homemade lemon streusel cake and whipped cream. Not a dieter's meal .. Just a comfort food treat.

Butter beans, creamed corn, southern fried squash and okra, homemade cornbread and biscuits.
Peach ice cream
Well, it would depend on who was coming. I make excellent spaghetti or steak dishes. I also make a tasty homemade pizza! Cherry Cheesecake and Apple Pie are two great desserts I can do quite well, from scratch of course.
People who say that it's wrong to get that big of a vacation are just jealous :)
I would definitely advise you to leave all your problems and work behind. Sometimes a nice long vacation is all we need to refresh our minds and look at projects and problems from a better perspective - as a relaxed and refreshed person.

The most beautiful place for me is my home and my town. Especially when you're returning from a trip or something. You appreciate it 10 times more.
